Here at Lovebugweddings we know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and our professional service helps to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

From your initial contact whether by phone or email, to getting you to your reception in classic style, we provide a friendly and enthusiastic service.

Before the wedding day

So how does it work? Having decided you are interested in something really different for your wedding car, you contact me for more information and a quote, I guarantee a reply within 24 hours for email enquiries and on the spot for quotes over the telephone.

Couples are more than welcome to come and see our vw bug before booking, to make sure Elvis is as good as he looks or in some cases I can bring the car to you. There’s nothing worse than getting a nice glossy brochure of your wedding car and then finding out the vehicle doesn’t match up to your expectations and the pictures are probably years old!

Once you are happy to go ahead, a £50 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable up to one week before your big day.

At this point we require further details of your wedding day itinery and try to accommodate any special requests to make your day even more memorable.

You can relax a little now and get on with all the other important arrangements for your day, safe in the knowledge you have booked a professional and unique service for your wedding car hire.

On the wedding day

When the big day arrives we ensure you arrive in plenty of time to get you to your wedding venue and thus ensure your neighbours have ample time to admire your wedding transport!

The driver will be smartly dressed in either a suit or jacket and trousers and will escort you to the car, with an umbrella if necessary, but here at Lovebugweddings we try to book sunny warm days for our happy couples to get the most out of the lovebug!

Complimentary photos of your wedding day

From the pickup to your safe delivery at the reception we will also be taking photos for your complimentary wedding day photo cd.

While not a replacement for your official wedding photographs, your pictures will be of a very high quality and we usually get this out to you within 72 hours of your wedding day. In some cases you will be able to take your cd on your honeymoon and show everyone you meet, how fantastic your wedding day was.
